Mission
The Letterkenny Army Depot Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) provides human resource management advisory services to the depot and other DOD organizations. Managers and employees receive advice and assistance in recruitment and placement; classification, pay and benefits; human resource development; and employee and labor-management relations. The CPAC receives operational support from the Northeast Region Civilian Personnel Operations Center (NECPOC) in Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.
