The Directorate of Product Assurance develops and manages the depot quality assurance program consistent with depot assigned missions. The Directorate of Product Assurance provides the command staff with an assessment of depot mission and support activities through process/product audits/inspections, customer feedback, and quality data analysis. The depot's quality assurance program is consistent with the requirements established in ISO 9001:2008.
Serves as the Quality Manager for the International Organization Standard ISO 9001:2008.
Manages the LEAD Hotline, Customer Assistance and Customer Feedback Services.
Performs Product Induction and Turn-in Inspections as well as functional quality checks and services as needed.
Develops Quality policies on procedures and documentation.
