Resource Management

- Mission -

To assist the Commander in the management of financial resources and the administrative control of funds
- To provide finance, accounting, and financial analysis support
- To provide programming, budgeting, and manpower management
- To provide management review and analysis services.
- To manage the Army Suggestion Program.
- To manage Value Engineering Program.
- To serve as the Depot Cost Estimate Control Data Center
- To validate stabilized rates, renegotiated rates, and other cost estimates.
- To administer a Management Control Program.
- To conduct the depot R&A Programs
- To perform a variety of studies of depot elements to identify deficiencies, isolate causes, and recommend alternatives and solutions to problems.
- To conduct Commercial Activities Review and Cost Comparison Studies.
- To manage the Capital Investment Program.
- To manage and coordinate all inter-service support agreements.

- Mission -

Financial Analysis and Managerial Accounting Division

Funds Control - maintains internal management controls for installation funding.

- Financial Management and Analysis - provides guidance and analysis on financial and accounting issues.
- Financial Systems Maintenance, Review, Implementation and Control. Funds Control - maintains internal management controls for installation funding.
- Financial Management and Analysis - provides guidance and analysis on financial and accounting issues.
- Financial Systems Maintenance, Review, Implementation and Control.

Serves as the Depot POC for the Standard Industrial Fund System (SIFS).

Serves as Depot POC for ATAAPS, DCPS and labor reporting.

Serves as Depot financial POC for:

FAS
PowerTrack
DTS, etc.

Functions include implementing new systems/changes, preparing system change requests, prototyping, etc.

- Responsible for the official depot financial reports and year-end certifications to include: 1307, 112, 218 and If-2.
- Financial Programs - serves as financial POC for the following:

Partnership for Fiscal Integrity (PFI) Program.

Contractual Labor MIPRs.

Debt and Cash Collections.

Cash Management.

Recycling Accounting and Financial Reports.

Travel and IMPAC Charge Card.

Reimbursable Orders, Issued and Received.

Year-end Close Out.

Financial Reviews of PRONS.

Obligation Management and UDO/ULO Reviews.

Provides customer service representatives for travel, pay, orders, and liaison with DFAS activities.
